This policy explains how Natural Prosperity UK Ltd collects, uses and protects the personal information you share with us — for example, when you register your interest or get in touch through this website.

1. Who we are

Natural Prosperity UK Ltd (“Natural Prosperity”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller responsible for your personal information. We are a company registered in Scotland under company number SC804740, with our registered office at Dallick West Buchanty, Glenalmond, Perth, Perthshire, PH1 3SH, United Kingdom.

2. The information we collect

Most of the information we hold is information you choose to give us through the forms on this website. Depending on the form and on how you describe yourself, this may include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your estate or organisation name
• Whether you are a landowner, an investor, or following our progress
• The approximate area of land you hold, and where it is (where you choose to tell us)
• How far advanced your restoration plans are (where you choose to tell us)
• Your investor type (individual or angel, family office, fund or institutional, or corporate) and which aspect of Natural Prosperity interests you
• The capacity in which you are contacting us, for example as an adviser, ecologist, potential partner or member of the press
• The content of any message you send us

When you submit a form we also automatically record how you reached the site: any campaign tag included in the link you followed (for example a link shared in a podcast description or a social post), the address of the page you submitted from, and the address of the site that referred you, where your browser provides it. We use this only to understand which of our own channels people are arriving through. It is not used to identify you and we do not combine it with information from other sources.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles about you. Our web host may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running — see Cookies and technical data below.

3. How we use your information, and our lawful basis

We use the information you give us to:

• respond to your enquiry or message — our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a possible agreement;
• manage registrations of interest for our founding cohort and early access — our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form;
• send you occasional updates about Natural Prosperity, the platform and our launch, where you have asked us to keep you posted — our lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time.

4. Cookies and technical data

This website does not set tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and understand which pages people look at. It does not use cookies, does not identify you, and does not track you across other websites. Any cookies strictly necessary to operate the site, and any technical logs kept by our hosting provider, are used only to keep the site secure and functioning.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we never share it for third-party marketing. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the site, who act as our processors under contract:

• Formspree (Formspree, Inc.) processes submissions from our forms — including early-access registrations and contact enquiries — so they can be delivered to us. See Formspree’s privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
• Vercel (Vercel, Inc.), which hosts and serves this website and provides the visit analytics described above. See Vercel’s privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers (including Formspree and Vercel) are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK’s International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or an adequacy decision, to protect it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. We keep early-access and founding-cohort registration details until you ask us to remove them or withdraw your consent (for example, by unsubscribing); we review the list at least every 24 months and delete any details we no longer need. We then securely delete your information.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your information;
• object to, or ask us to restrict, our use of your information;
• ask us to transfer your information to another provider; and
• withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it.

To exercise any of these rights, email enquiries@natural-prosperity.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.

9. How we protect your information

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your information secure, including serving this site over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and limiting access to the people who need it.

10. Children

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
